About the event

We are thrilled to announce that CEP Vancouver has partnered with the British Columbia Institute of Technology’s (BCIT) Sustainable Business Leadership Program to present the Sustainable Futures: Project Showcase and Community Networking event!

Join us on Friday, June 16th at the TELUS Garden in downtown Vancouver to learn about local businesses tackling sustainability challenges with the support of BCIT Sustainable Business Leadership students. We will have a lineup of inspiring presentations from student groups who will share their work with local organizations tackling sustainable challenges in these areas:

  • BCorp certification
  • GHG accounting
  • Nature-positive innovations
  • Investing in Women and BIPOC-led businesses
  • Advancing the circular economy

This event is made possible through the generous support of TELUS, BCIT School of Business, Zero Waste Canada, HSR Zero Waste, and the Vancouver Economic Commission, and is a fantastic opportunity to connect with experienced and up-and-coming sustainability professionals. We believe that this event will spark conversations that will build community and support the sustainability sector in Vancouver to go farther, faster, TOGETHER.

Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to connect with the Vancouver sustainability community! Register now and join us for an evening of networking, learning, and inspiration.
