CEP Vancouver is looking to fill multiple board positions for the 2021/2022 year! See below for which positions we will be recruiting for. Applications and full descriptions will open in May, with successful candidates in place by June/July.
Please note these are volunteer (unpaid) positions involving approx. 5-10 hours per month. As a CEP Board Member, you’ll be joining a dynamic team of sustainability professionals from various sectors. You will have the opportunity to build skills, grow your network, learn and have fun!

Director, Mentorship (x2)
Our Directors of Mentorship work as a team to lead the delivery of our flagship Mentorship program, managing and facilitating relationships with mentors and mentees, and delivering events and programming to the program cohort. This role is well suited for individuals who work collaboratively, enjoy planning & executing events, and who are passionate about connecting emerging and experienced professionals.
Our Director, Social is responsible for building and maintaining CEP Vancouver’s social media presence, and will work in partnership with our Director, Communications to align with CEP Vancouver’s broader communication strategy. This role is perfect for someone with social media marketing expertise who sees opportunity to facilitate connection and dialogue amongst CEP Vancouver’s membership and community at large.
Our Director, Administration plays a critical role in managing the day-to-day success of our organization by keeping our team on track and accountable through the facilitation of Board meetings and regular team updates, management of CEP Vancouver’s non-profit governance deliverables. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, is a strong communicator, and enjoys collaborating across our different team areas.
