About the event
For the past 20 years, Connecting Environmental Professionals (CEP) has been growing localized chapters of sustainability professionals in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Ottawa. These chapters have worked hard to foster sustainability movements in each of their respective cities, and now for the first time ever, CEP chapters are coming together for a nationwide event.
CEP Reconnected is a virtual conference for sustainability professionals across Canada. Whether you are just breaking into your career or are an established environmental leader, come meet like-minded professionals from all across the country.
This 3-day conference will explore a variety of themes in sustainability. On Days 1 & 2, each CEP chapter is organizing their own event on a theme that is prominent in their respective city. On Day 1, the Western Canada chapter events will provide insights on the growing circular economy in Vancouver and the changing energy landscape in Calgary. On Day 2, come learn about sustainable cities from CEP Toronto, or sustainable policy from Ottawa for the Eastern Canada chapter events.
On Day 3, join us for the keynote address, as well as a nationwide virtual networking event. You will get the opportunity to meet sustainability professionals from all across the country, building your personal network to be Canada-wide.
